About VisaTriage

Most visa refusals are not mysteries. Officers weigh a small, fixed set of concerns — is the purpose genuine, will the applicant return home, is the money real and sufficient, is the file credible — and almost every refusal letter traces back to one of them. Yet applicants pay a non-refundable government fee to find out, often after months of waiting.

VisaTriage reviews your actual documents — bank statements, study plans, employer letters — against that same officer logic, before you submit. Not generic tips: your specific gaps, why each one matters to an officer, and exactly how to fix it.

Privacy is structural, not a promise: uploaded documents are processed in memory and processed securely, and your progress and results are saved to your account so you never lose work. We keep it protected, and only for you — with an account.

VisaTriage is a document-preparation and self-representation tool. It does not provide legal advice, does not submit applications, and never acts as your representative. In Canada, paid immigration advice may only be given by licensed RCICs and lawyers — for legal questions, that is exactly where we send you.
