Privacy policy

Your data: saved securely, owned by you
This is the heart of our privacy design. When you upload a document for review, it is held in memory only for the duration of that single request, sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis, and discarded when the review completes. We do not write your documents to disk, store them in a database, or retain copies in any form. What we keep is the review result — the findings, scores and suggested fixes — and only if you are signed in.
What we store
For signed-in users: your email address, your intake answers, your review results, your readiness snapshots, and your checklist progress — protected by row-level security so only your account can access your rows. For anonymous visitors: nothing on our servers; your progress lives in your own browser's storage.
Who processes your data
Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Vercel hosts the site. Anthropic processes document text transiently to produce reviews. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. We do not use your documents or results to train AI models.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
Deleting your data
Email support@visatriage.ca from your account address and we will delete your account and all associated data. An in-app delete button is coming with account settings.
