Terms of service

1. What VisaTriage is — and is not
VisaTriage is a software tool that helps you prepare and self-review your own immigration application documents. It is not a law firm, not a licensed immigration consultancy, and does not provide legal advice or representation. Nothing produced by the service — reviews, scores, checklists, drafts, or assistant answers — constitutes legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your application and its accuracy. For legal advice, consult a licensed RCIC or Canadian immigration lawyer.
2. No outcome guarantees
Visa decisions are made by IRCC officers. VisaTriage does not and cannot guarantee any application outcome. AI-generated reviews can contain errors — verify important information against official IRCC sources before acting on it.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to documents you upload and information you enter. You grant us the limited right to process them to deliver the service. Uploaded documents are processed securely and your results saved to your account, per our Privacy policy. Do not upload documents you have no right to share, and do not submit false information.
4. Payments and refunds
Pro is a one-time purchase per application. If VisaTriage fails to deliver a review you paid for, contact support within 14 days for a full refund. The Canadian government fee is theirs, not ours — we have no ability to refund it, which is rather the point of checking your file first.
5. Acceptable use
No abuse of the service: no attempts to breach security or others' data, no automated scraping of the AI endpoints, no use of the service to produce fraudulent documents or misrepresentations. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
